ACFW has arranged for discount opportunities for air travel and transportation between the airport and the hotel. Utilizing these vendors will also help ACFW earn productivity rewards and incentives that will be used to help plan future conferences.
On the Home Page under the Flights Tab in the Flights search box, click on “NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption” located near the bottom of the box.
On the Flight Search screen that comes up, click Log-in.
Enter your WorldPerks number, or continue to log-in as Guest.
Complete the Fligh Search section and navigate to the bottom of the page.
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see “Do you have an E-Cert Fare, electronic voucher, or meeting agreement?” Select “Meeting Agreement (Worldfile number).
Enter Worldfile number NYVSE in the box and complete your transaction.
For phone reservations, call 800-328-1111. Tickets booked by phone will incur a $10 non-refundable ticketing fee.
Airport Transportation
The Sheraton Hotel offers free, limited transportation to and from the airport. Click here for the shuttle schedule and terms. Taxi service and Super Shuttle are also available at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International airport.
